"Live your questions now, and perhaps even without knowing it, you will live along some distant day into your answers."
-Rainer maria Rilke
As a creative, many people ask me where I find inspiration for my art. The answer is simple; by engaging as fully as possible with the world around me, I've been able to find inspiration everywhere. From the smallest mundane activity to the most life-changing adventure, the world overflows with inspiration and vibrancy if only you seek to see it.
The path to creative success is achieved by always asking questions, taking risks, and pushing oneself to grow. As such, I do my best to follow this advice daily and always push myself to become more skilled, wise, and accomplished than I was the day before.

Dame on A Plane - my travel blog! Follow along as I explore the world as a solo female traveler.
"Mirrors" - most recently published creative essay. As a member of the National Writer's Union, I've covered the Egyptian revolution to the protests in Hong Kong and Ukraine (and everything in between). Between non-fiction pieces, I write about more personal topics.
"Now They Not" - my first short film. I wrote the script and acted as producer. It was accepted into the LA Reel Film Festival, where it screened in North Hollywood, CA.
"Smartest Guy in the Room" - I guest-starred on the History Channel show "The Smartest Guy in the Room." It showcased individuals with IQs above 130 who didn't look like your typical "nerd." Available for streaming on Amazon, Netflix, and other VOD platforms.
